Features of Note:
* place names linked to short description, and from description to customized Google Map (all they've done in the XML file is note @type="place")
* marginalia noted with a <ref target="#marg1">; contents of editorial note is in a <div> below marked @type="marginalia"; rendered in output as clickable text appearing in margin
* high-res page images available alongside transcribed text
